Fitness Friday (Part 2 of 2): My Week’s Workouts
This week’s workouts are posted a day late since we were on vacation. Posts next week about our trip.
Saturday – before heading to the airport: 9 miles or 14.4 kms on the treadmill (1:20:30). I didn’t feel like running in the snow.
Monday – 3.5 hilly miles on the resort treadmill (30 minute max). I don’t feel comfortable running on the secluded beach on my own, let alone the roads!
Wednesday – 4 miles on the resort treadmill. No one was waiting so I finished the fourth mile (35 minutes).
Friday – 3 easy miles on the treadmill before our final family dinner in Mexico.
Strength Training Stats
Tuesday: 45 minute circuit. Not my heaviest weights but definitely not a “light” day
Generally, I’m pleased that I managed to get some exercise this week. Have a great rest of the weekend.
